Kangaroo Clay Tile Project
This was an excelllent showcase of my art ability. I spent a lot of time on it and even Mr. Sands complimented it. I liked what I did with the sky. By looking at the sky you can clearly see the creativity and unusual color use which I am proud of. To sum it up I am glad that I was able to create something worthy of the praise of many.

othello game drawing
I drew the othello board in perspective. It took me awhile to get started because I had trouble understanding which direction the imaginary lines were supposed to go in. When I had that problem sorted out I was able to get started. Once I had the game board drawn I was able to do what I do best and that is make it colorful. We first painted the game board and the background then we colored over it using colored pencils. I was pretty satisfied with the final product.

Burj Khalifa Anamorphis
We had to draw a grid onto the picture that we had photoshopped. We then copied that grid onto another piece of paper and began to draw our anamorphis drawings. I drew the Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world. This is me at my best.
taj mahal spray paint
The hardest part of this project for me was tracing it using the projected image. I had a hard time seeing my drawing and you can only draw what you can see. After that was over I also had trouble building the frame. For some reason the nails kept falling out. Also I had trouble using the xacto knife to cut out the stencil. The problem was that I was impatient and ended up cutting myself once by accident. Despite these issues I was able to create a unique taj mahal using spray paint. Unfortunately, unique doesn't always mean good.

fish print
First I drew the fish which I thought was a really good drawing, but then I had to cut it out. I then realized how hard it was to cut out the fish, especially the fins. After I was done, I had to transfer it to a piece of paper it came out okay, but I realized that I had used too little ink. It wasn't the best but it could have been way worse.

Interactive Chalk Mural
For the most part we worked together pretty well. I worked on the sky while Sonia and allie worked on the spider. After experimenting with different color combinations I finally decided to blend yellow, red, and blue and the sky turned out better than I expected. We could've finished faster if our other group member was there, but he only came one day and on that one day he contributed almost nothing. Overall I thought we collaborated really well and our mural exceeded my expectations.

value potraits
I had to draw all of the shapes I could find. It was very hard because the picture was so dark. After a few days I thought that I had finally finished drawing shapes, however my drawing turned out very badly so I had to start over. I had to add in the eyes because the shapes were too dark to draw even with the help of the light from the window. To shade my drawing, I looked at the picture and found out that one side was darker than the other so I shaded accordingly. It actually came out better than I expected but some of the features weren't drawn correctly. For example I made one eye bigger than the other and because of this it wasn't exactly proportional, but I can't change anything now. Overall I really enjoyed this project.
